Rivoltech Auto Engineering Pvt Ltd machines and assembles critical components for commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, agriculture and industrial equipment-at volume, to OEM tolerance, from five plants across Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
The company was founded by Mr. Shriram Lonkar, a mechanical engineering graduate of Pune University who spent more than a decade at Force Motors before starting out on his own. That operating background still sets how the business runs: quality selected in at the input stage rather than inspected in at the end, and capacity added ahead of customer demand rather than behind it.
Today Rivoltech holds ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 certification at Pirangut, and ISO 14001:2015 and IATF 16949 at Pithampur.

Our Journey
How Rivoltech Grew
1989
Mr. Shriram Lonkar leaves industry to found Rivolta Group of Industries in partnership, after over ten years at Force Motors.
1989 – 2007
The group grows steadily to four manufacturing plants-two larger, two smaller.
2007
Following a split in the partnership, Mr. Lonkar founds Rivoltech Auto Engineering Pvt Ltd, retaining the larger Indore (MP) unit. A second plant is established at Pirangut, Pune-now the registered head office.
2018
Mr. Shreyash Lonkar joins the business-a B.Eng Automotive Engineer from Coventry University with hands-on experience in hydrogen PEM fuel cells and a year as an automotive consultant in the UK.
2025
A third manufacturing unit opens at Talegaon, Pune, operational since February.
2026
A state-of-the-art forging plant is planned at Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, targeted to be functional by October-with forging capacity from 0.8 kg to 18 kg. Another unit is established at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, dedicated to one of our prestigious clients.

DirectorB.Eng Automotive Engineer, Coventry University. Worked on hydrogen PEM fuel cells and as an automotive consultant in the UK before joining Rivoltech in 2018. Recipient of the Indian Achievers' Award 2021 for Young Entrepreneur.
